As a faith-based organization, we uphold strict financial accountability and good governance principles to ensure that all donations, gifts, and purchases align with our church’s vision and mission.

This policy outlines our strict no-refund policy for all donations, contributions, and purchases made through www.kuching611.org.

1. No Refunds Policy

We do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for any contributions, donations, or purchases made through our website or at our physical location. This applies to:

  • Tithes, offerings, and donations (whether one-time or recurring).
  • Event registrations and sponsorships (including church activities, retreats, and conferences).
  • Digital and downloadable products (such as sermons, e-books, and online courses).
  • Physical products (books, CDs, merchandise, or any church-related items).
  • Any other contributions made to the church, including designated giving.

All funds received are immediately allocated to church operations, outreach programs, and community initiatives, making it impractical to issue refunds.

2. Designated Giving

If a giver designates their contribution for a specific purpose, we will endeavor to allocate the funds accordingly. However, in cases where the designated purpose is no longer applicable or feasible, the church reserves the right to redirect the funds to a related cause in line with our mission and vision.

3. Financial Accountability & Anti-Money Laundering

We are committed to upholding high financial integrity and preventing financial abuse, fraud, or criminal activity. Therefore:

  • No refunds will be issued to deter money laundering or other financial misconduct.
  • If we suspect or discover any attempt to launder money, finance crime, or engage in unethical financial activities, we reserve the right to:
    • Report the transaction to relevant legal and financial authorities.
    • Take necessary legal action to comply with local and international regulations.
    • Restrict or refuse further transactions from the individual or entity involved.

By making a donation or purchase, you confirm that:

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While we strictly enforce our no-refund policy, if there are extenuating circumstances (such as a duplicate transaction or a significant error in processing), you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
